What are aligner chewies and how do you use them?
Using clear aligner chewies is very easy. Simply place the chewie in your mouth between your upper and lower teeth, bite, and hold the bite for 3 – 5 seconds. You will notice that this biting process will make your Invisalign aligners fit more āsnugā to your teeth. After 3 – 5 seconds, simply move the chewie to a different position in your mouth, and repeat the process. Continuing this process until you feel as though every tooth has been addressed. For best results, we recommend following your orthodontistās instructions on how often to do this process.
